Services provided in the Spirit of Aloha in San Diego County

Birth doula services include but not limited to:

• prenatal services interview
• 1-3 prenatal visits to assist with a birth preference worksheet, answer questions and concerns, education, to talk about and practice pain coping techniques
• continuous physical, emotional, spiritual, informational support for families before, during and just after childbirth
• postnatal service includes a visit to your home to go over your birth experience

• therapeutic massage (1 hour or 1 ½ hour)
• prenatal and postpartum massage (1 hour or 1 ½ hour)
• infant massage

Lactation Educator Counselor services include:

• education and information about breastfeeding
• counseling the new mother in breastfeeding practices

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy:

I am currently enrolled in a two year training program. This therapy will easily be incorporated with and complimentary to my massage and birthing practices for moms and babies.
